Welcome

Hi, I’m Stephanie

I have been a realtor since 2022 and absolutely LOVE the world of real estate. I grew up in rural South Dakota and moved to North Dakota in 2012. I am a homeschooling mother of 4 beautiful children. My favorite place is my little 5 acre homestead (built with my own hands!) with my kids, cats, dogs, and chickens. My favorite things to do are raising my 4 kids (3 are at home and 1 is now in college!), doing anything artistic, cooking food from scratch, investing my time and talent in my church, giving a helping hand whenever it’s needed, designing interior spaces, doing all things with construction, and I am definitely a DIY enthusiast. I have lived in Lincoln, NE, Los Angeles, CA, Tampa, FL, New Orleans, LA, part time in Miami, FL, and now I call Watford City, ND, home. I studied Performing Arts at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Economics at the University of South Florida, and Construction Management at Louisiana State University. I have been active in interior design since 2002 and have been active in construction since 2005. The values I hold near and dear to my heart are trustworthiness, compassion, generosity, and integrity, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to share these values into the world of real estate.

My Favorite Place to go

Where this all began

When I was young, my dad always talked about real estate. He talked about buying and selling, good and bad additions, different building methods, what works and what doesn’t, and everything in between. It was always a conversation and I was always all ears. My mother is an artist and an avid DIYer as well. I was right beside her learning how to refinish furniture, build a planter box, or paint a house. So, as I got older, construction and real estate became natural fits for me!
